34. IEEE Conference on Signal Processing and Communications Applications

IEEE SIU 2026 invites tutorial proposals on new and emerging topics within the scope of signal processing, communications and their applications. The tutorial proposals should concisely describe the content and objectives of the tutorial. In particular, the proposals should include,

• Title
• Abstract
• Objectives and motivation
• Timeliness and intended audience
• Prior history of the tutorial presentation and number of past attendees, if applicable,
• Detailed outline of the tutorial, including duration (Expected duration is 2×75 minutes).
• Short biography of the instructor(s)

Tutorial proposals should be submitted as a single PDF file, not exceeding 4 pages. The submissions should be made by 30 January 2026 via e-mail to the Chair Mustafa Semih Sadak (msadak@pirireis.edu.tr). The list of accepted tutorials will be announced on February 20, 2026.
