- For arrival shuttle services from Tuzla Marmaray Station to the campus, shuttle buses will depart from the waiting area located on the left-hand side of the Marmaray station exit.
- The final departure of the Tuzla Marmaray arrival shuttle service is scheduled for 09:50. Shuttle services will operate at 20-minute intervals until that time. Participants arriving after 09:50 may reach the campus by crossing to the opposite side of the road and taking the green-roofed minibuses.
- Shuttle services from Tavşantepe Metro Station to the campus are scheduled to depart at 08:00 and 08:15 from the bus stop located at the Tuzla-bound exit of the metro station. Only two shuttle services will be provided. Participants arriving after 08:15 may reach the campus by using the KM12 and KM13 bus lines or local minibuses departing from the same bus stop.
- Participants wishing to return outside the scheduled shuttle service hours may use the KM13, 133P, and KM12 bus lines from the bus stop located in front of Piri Reis University. Passengers using the 133P line may transfer to İçmeler Marmaray Station after getting off at the Tuzla Municipality stop and may also get off at Tavşantepe Metro Station. Passengers using the KM12 line may get off at Tuzla Marmaray Station or Tavşantepe Metro Station. Local minibuses are also available for transportation to Marmaray stations.
- On July 8, shuttle loop services will be provided for participants attending the Gala Dinner. These services will stop at İçmeler Marmaray Station before proceeding to the Gala Dinner venue.
- No shuttle or loop services will be provided after the Gala Dinner.
