1) Full registration includes one paper presentation, welcome reception, gala dinner, access to all conference sessions, refreshments during coffee breaks, lunches, shuttle service (at specified times between Tuzla Marmaray and Piri Reis University), participation in social tour programs, conference materials, and a certificate of attendance.
2) Limited registration includes one paper presentation, welcome reception, access to all conference sessions, refreshments during coffee breaks, lunches, shuttle service (at specified times between Tuzla Marmaray and Piri Reis University), participation in social tour programs, conference materials, and a certificate of attendance.
3) Student author registration:
• a) Presentations of papers where all authors and the presenting author are students, or
• b) Additional paper presentations by a student presenting author, provided that the author has paid the full registration fee for the first accepted paper and has more than one accepted paper;
• Includes the welcome reception, gala dinner, access to all conference sessions, refreshments during coffee breaks, lunches, shuttle service (at specified times between Tuzla Marmaray and Piri Reis University), participation in social tour programs, conference materials, and a certificate of attendance.
• b) Additional paper presentations by a student presenting author, provided that the author has paid the full registration fee for the first accepted paper and has more than one accepted paper;
• Includes the welcome reception, gala dinner, access to all conference sessions, refreshments during coffee breaks, lunches, shuttle service (at specified times between Tuzla Marmaray and Piri Reis University), participation in social tour programs, conference materials, and a certificate of attendance.
4) Graduate student listener registration includes access to all conference sessions, refreshments during coffee breaks, shuttle service (at specified times between Tuzla Marmaray and Piri Reis University), and a certificate of attendance.
5) Undergraduate listener registration includes access to all conference sessions, refreshments during coffee breaks, and shuttle service (at specified times between Tuzla Marmaray and Piri Reis University).
6) The additional paper fee covers the required registration fee for the second and subsequent papers to be published in IEEE Xplore, provided that an author has already completed full registration for the first accepted paper and will personally present the other papers. With this registration, a second author cannot attend the conference.
