Submission Guidelines

The papers presented at SIU 2026 Conference will be evaluated with a double-blind review policy, and rules for anonymous submission of papers will be applied. All authors submitting papers must comply with the rules specified below.

  1. All submission will be handled electronically via the conference submission website.
  2. The deadline for Paper Submission is: 13 March 2026.
  3. All accepted papers will be indexed in IEEE Xplore.
  4. Author information related to the submitted papers will not be known by the paper reviewers, and similarly, paper reviewer information will not be known by the paper authors. Therefore, the papers to be submitted should be prepared anonymously. Papers that are not anonymous (papers containing information that reveals the identity of the author) will be rejected. Anonymous paper submission templates can be found on the Author Guidelines page.
  5. Maximum number of pages for a paper is four. All information which directly or indirectly indicates the authors’ identities should be blinded. If the authors are citing their previous work, the full citation should be included in the References, and the work should be cited in the third person (e.g. “[5] has proposed the X approach.”)
  6. In addition, the format and content rules specified on the Author Guidelines page must be followed during Paper Submission.
  7. During the paper evaluation period, another text that closely resembles the content of the paper should not be submitted or have been submitted to any other conference or workshop.
